South Dakota Department of Public Safety is working with the HALO Corporation to host the Governor’s Homeland Security Conference. This event will be open to South Dakota First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Government personnel.

 

The HALO Counter-Terrorism Summit, 29 October – 02 November 2012
Paradise Point Resort, San Diego, CA

San Diego, California will play host to HALO’s premier counter-terrorism event. The event, held at the Paradise Point Resort in mission Bay, will occupy the entire island creating unique training, exhibiting, and sponsorship opportunities for all who attend. Over the years, HALO’s training summits have drawn the best and brightest from across the counter-terrorism and emergency response fields. The 2012 Summit will take a giant leap forward in training and demonstration capabilities, as well as allowing much more time and opportunities for networking as a result of this year’s location. Located five minutes north of downtown and the airport, the 2012 Summit provides convenience for delegates and exhibitors, yet enough freedom for live-action scenarios, Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations, DoD demonstrations, and hands-on exhibits.
